Advanced Shaft Forging & Machining
Through our dedicated subsidiary, Weihai Jiuyue Wenfeng Axle Co., Ltd., we operate state-of-the-art housing and shaft production lines. Our equipment arsenal includes heavy-duty 630T hydraulic forging presses and precision Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to machine critical drive gears and output half-shafts with micron-level tolerances.
4 Automated Assembly Lines
Our 15,000 m² construction complex houses 4 highly automated axle assembly lines capable of mass-manufacturing front and rear axle systems in parallel. Our equipment line-up boasts over 120 sets of specialized equipment, including torque-controlled nut runners, hydraulic automated press-fits, and custom gear mesh test benches.
Precision Testing & CMM Lab
We operate a fully equipped, modern chemical and physical laboratory. To guarantee strict compliance with IATF 16949:2016, our QC engineers deploy high-end Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Rockwell/Brinell hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, salt spray chambers, and residue testing apparatuses.
